Yamagata University released on May, 24 that Professor Takeshi SANO's research group developed a new efficient solar cell manufacture method without using titanium oxide for the next-generation solar cell. It is possible to do the process less than 150 degree using organic materials developed by Yamagata University, while conventional process needs 500 degree high temperature. Also, it is able to get high conversion efficiency more than 20%.
