Electronic Device Industry News hold The 23rd semicondutor of the year 2017, which is a prize-giving ceremony for the most advanced IT deviceds and the excellent semiconductor products to support Electronic Device Industry, and chose totally 8 products from 3 divisions to won the grand prize and the excellent prize.

In the 8 products, "N type organic semiconductor applied for printing organic intergrated circuit", jointly developed by Yamagata University (Tokito Lab) and UBE Industries, ltd., won the Grand Prize of semiconductor electronics material divison.
