N type organic semiconductor applied for printing organic intergrated circuit, jointly developed by Yamagata University (Tokito Lab) and UBE Industries, ltd., won the Grand Prize of semiconductor electronics material division of "Semicondutor of the year 2017", which was organized by Electronic Device Industry News.
