Prof Fumihiko HIROSE released that they will establish a venture company to start business using nanolevel (Nano: one part in a billion equal parts) metallic oxide film formation technology at room temperature in 3 years. An ultrathinness film could be made in the inside of complicated shaped manufacturing equipment or the surface of precision component. This technology is possible to be applied to a wide range of fields, such as durability improvment, high-accuracy parts manufacture and thus is expected to lead to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing industry.
