▶Subject: “Recent results on Material Science for solar energy at the Institute for Photovoltaic in Paris “
▶Abstract:
The Institute for Photovoltaic in Paris (IPVF) is a new institute devoted to R&D in the field of solar energy. It has programs on established technologies, such as Si, chalcogenide thin films, as well as on emerging technologies (PVK, III-V, 3rd generation). IPVF has also developed unique processes and characterization capabilities that will be presented and illustrated with recent examples (flexible CIGS, PVK tandem, hot carrier solar cells, …).
